Knowledge is Power
The STAR AMERICA program provides educational resources for fitness instructors that are in compliance with the standards and guidelines established by the Exercise Safety Association. It also serves as a vehicle for ESA member involvement and recognition. STAR AMERICA consists of three divisions:
- STAR CERTIFICATION advanced certification for certified instructor/members,
- STAR AMERICA ACCREDITED TRAINERS for instructor trainers, and
- SCHOOL FOR TRAINING AND ADVANCED RESOURCES home study courses.
